At Digital Solutions USA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return eligible items under the terms below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Digital products (if any) are non-refundable once delivered/access granted.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item).
- Insure your return package; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return + new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the issue.
- We will replace the item or issue a refund.
